1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Please allow 1 business day for processing before dispatch.

  • During peak times (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. United Kingdom Shipping

Evri Express – Next Day Delivery

All UK orders are shipped via Evri Express Next Day Delivery.

  • Delivery Time: Next Business Day

  • Tracking: Fully Tracked

  • Signature: Required on Delivery

Tracking information will be emailed or sent by SMS once your order has been dispatched.


3. United States Shipping

USA orders are shipped using a two-step express system:

DHL Express shipping 1-4 days luxury express (UK dispatch)

All duties & taxes paid by Mont Riviiera

All parcels are tracked and require a signature on delivery.


4. Europe Shipping

EU orders are shipped using a two-step express system:

DHL Express shipping 1-4 days luxury express (UK dispatch)

All duties & taxes paid by Mont Riviiera

All parcels are tracked and require a signature on delivery.


5. International (Rest of World)

ROW orders are shipped using a two-step express system:

DHL Express shipping 1-4 days luxury express (UK dispatch)

All duties & taxes paid by Mont Riviiera

All parcels are tracked and require a signature on delivery.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

At Mont Riviiera, we believe in transparent and worry-free shopping — meaning no unexpected fees on delivery.

You only pay what you see at checkout — no extra VAT, duties, or release charges upon arrival.

United States

  • All orders to the USA have customs clearance, import taxes, and duties fully covered.

  • The checkout price is the final price — no surprise fees.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

All orders are shipped tracked and signed for security.

If your parcel is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Stolen after being marked delivered

  • Missing despite tracking updates

We will open an investigation with the courier.
Once confirmed, we will send a brand-new replacement package.
No package? No problem. We’ll take care of you.


8. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Mont Riviiera is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.
